Best Circa Survivor Week 2 Options for the 2026 NFL Season
Week 1 of the 2026 Circa Survivor contest provided an immediate reminder of how quickly the field can change.
The Los Angeles Chargers' loss eliminated 7,585 entries, or 30.3% of the entire Circa Survivor field. Now the remaining contestants have to navigate Week 2, where several strong teams have appealing matchups.
But Circa Survivor isn't just about identifying a team you think will win this week. Every team can only be used once, making future value an important part of every selection.
Here are four of the most interesting Circa Survivor Week 2 options.
Baltimore Ravens vs. New Orleans Saints
Baltimore will likely be one of the most popular teams to consider in Week 2, and it's easy to understand why.
The Ravens opened the season with a dominant 41-23 victory over Indianapolis and produced 506 yards of offense. Baltimore scored 31 points in the first half, with Lamar Jackson, Derrick Henry and Zay Flowers helping the offense control the game early.
New Orleans presents an interesting opponent because the Saints showed some fight in Week 1. They fell behind Detroit 21-0 before rallying and eventually losing 31-30 in overtime.
That comeback is worth considering. New Orleans didn't look like a team that is necessarily going to be an easy opponent every week.
Still, Baltimore gets this game at home and showed in Week 1 that its offense can create separation quickly.
Survivor Strategy: The biggest argument against using Baltimore might simply be how useful the Ravens could be later. They are the type of team that could appear multiple times as a strong Survivor option throughout the season. Using them in Week 2 provides an attractive opportunity to advance, but it also removes one of the more valuable teams from your available pool.
Philadelphia Eagles at Tennessee Titans
Philadelphia could be another extremely popular Circa Survivor Week 2 selection.
The Eagles defeated Washington 24-22 in Week 1, although the performance wasn't flawless. Philadelphia had some issues along the offensive line and wasn't consistently effective offensively, but Jalen Hurts was productive when attacking downfield.
The more important part of this matchup could be Tennessee.
The Titans lost 23-10 to the Jets in Week 1 and struggled to create explosive plays. Tennessee's longest offensive play went for just 14 yards, while quarterback Cam Ward faced consistent pressure. The Titans also had difficulty stopping New York's running game.
Philadelphia has a much more established roster than the team Tennessee faced in Week 1, making this an appealing matchup despite the Eagles playing on the road.
Survivor Strategy: Philadelphia is another team with significant future value. The Eagles could appear several more times as a strong Circa Survivor option, so contestants need to determine whether Tennessee's Week 1 struggles make this matchup attractive enough to use Philadelphia immediately.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Cleveland Browns
Tampa Bay could be one of the more interesting alternatives for contestants who don't want to use Baltimore or Philadelphia this early.
The Buccaneers lost their opener 33-27 to Cincinnati, but Cleveland's Week 1 performance creates plenty of reasons to consider Tampa Bay here.
The Browns lost 34-10 to Jacksonville and struggled on both sides of the ball. Cleveland's offense had difficulty generating consistent production, while Jacksonville moved the ball effectively throughout the game.
Now Cleveland has to travel to Tampa Bay for its second consecutive road game.
Tampa Bay should also have some urgency after dropping its opener. Returning home against a Cleveland team that struggled badly in Week 1 creates an opportunity for the Buccaneers to quickly get their season back on track.
Survivor Strategy: Tampa Bay may be particularly interesting because of the teams it allows contestants to save.
Instead of using Baltimore or Philadelphia, selecting Tampa Bay would allow an entry to preserve those teams for potentially more difficult weeks later in the season.
That's an important concept in a contest like Circa Survivor. Sometimes the best selection isn't necessarily the strongest team available. Finding opportunities to advance with teams you don't expect to rely on repeatedly later can become extremely valuable over the course of the season.
Los Angeles Rams vs. New York Giants
Before the season began, the Rams hosting the Giants might have looked like one of the more obvious Week 2 Survivor options.
Week 1 made this matchup considerably more interesting.
The Rams opened their season with a loss to San Francisco in Australia, and their defense is now dealing with the absence of Myles Garrett, who underwent knee surgery and was placed on injured reserve.
Meanwhile, the Giants opened the John Harbaugh era with a 28-20 victory over Dallas.
Jaxson Dart completed 23 of 29 passes for 230 yards and three touchdowns while also adding 54 yards on the ground. Malik Nabers and Cam Skattebo both returned to the lineup and contributed to an encouraging offensive performance.
That doesn't necessarily eliminate Los Angeles as a Week 2 option. The Rams return home, still have Matthew Stafford and a talented roster, and should be motivated to avoid an 0-2 start.
But the Giants' Week 1 performance makes this a much different decision than it appeared to be a week ago.
Survivor Strategy: This is where reacting appropriately to Week 1 becomes important.
You don't want to completely change your evaluation of a team based on one game, but you also shouldn't ignore new information. The Giants looked much more capable in Week 1 than many may have anticipated.
For contestants considering Los Angeles, this matchup deserves a little more thought than simply looking at the names of the two teams.
The Bigger Circa Survivor Week 2 Decision
Week 2 presents an interesting strategic choice.
Baltimore and Philadelphia offer attractive paths, but both teams could be extremely useful later in the season.
Tampa Bay provides an opportunity to preserve some of those premium teams, while the Rams offer another possibility for contestants willing to trust Los Angeles to rebound from a disappointing opener.
There is also no rule saying every Circa Survivor entry has to follow the same path.
Contestants managing multiple entries can consider spreading their selections across different teams rather than tying their entire season to one result. Week 1 showed exactly how damaging that can be when more than 7,500 entries disappeared with the Chargers.
And it's still only Week 2.
There are months of football remaining, including the special Thanksgiving and Christmas Circa Survivor weeks. Preserving the right teams for those portions of the schedule can become extremely important.
The goal isn't simply to survive September.
It's to still have quality teams available when the choices become much more difficult later in the season.
